1.     Insert the Office CD-ROM that was installed last.

No sound coming from sound card
I one day Updated most of the programs then my sound card decided to stop working for no reason I tried system restore but that doesn’t work.

The common causes of failure of sound card
The audio driver is out-of-date
The audio driver is missing or corrupt
Update failure
The audio device is damaged

So decided to download a driver for my current drivers which would compatible with my computer and change them with better drivers than the drivers I had before. So i downloaded them of the manufacturers website then I waited for them to install. Once that finished I turned the computer off the computer and restarted it, so tested out the new drivers to see the sound card would work. So I went on the internet and played music video the test out to see if the sound card was fixed I also played the video and there was sound coming from the music video. This mean the sound card problem is fixed

As you can see this video playing with sound coming out of it with volume up fully

Fault 0016 noises and vibrations

Noises and vibrations
High pitched noises can be caused by electronic components. So I would Unplug your computer and remove the case and run the computer to discover the origin of noise. If a loose wire or faulty fan
here is a computer tower with everything removed from it
Here is a photo of all the components I’ve taken out of the tower
I put all the components back in and connected everything backup. I was putting the fan back in and noticed one of preplers on the fan was cracked. So I decided to swap it for another one. Put other fan back in and screw the screws back in. I turned back on it started straight away to windows 7 desktop.

Fault 0015 My screen keeps freezing

The Screen is keeps freezing
When your computer freezes you may have no other option than to reboot and risk losing any unsaved work. When ig Freezes it can be a sign of insufficient ram, registry conflicts, corrupt or missing files, or spyware. Press and hold the power button until the computer turns off, then restart it and get to work cleaning up the system so that it doesn’t freeze again. Or another cause you could be on for a few hours and you let that get too hot and it froze. An easy way to determine if your computer is in this situation is by pressing the Num Lock button on the keyboard and watching the Num Lock led (light) to see if it turns off and on. Make sure the computer is really frozen
Although the above Num Lock trick is a good indication on whether or not the computer is really frozen, it's still always a good recommendation to give the computer at least a minute before turning it off. After waiting a minute, reboot the computer; it's completely locked and will not recover. Keep in mind that all work being worked on is going to be lost and cannot be recovered if the information has not been saved or automatically saved. computer locking up or freezing is often is caused by a software related issue. If you're encountering lockups when the computer is opening a particular program, make sure you have all the latest updates for that program. You can find the latest updates for your software through the software developer or publisher
Make sure your operating system has all of the latest updates installed on it.
On the Microsoft Windows Update page, select the option Scan for updates.
After Windows Update has completed scanning you should be able to view the available updates for your computer. It is highly recommended that you first update all critical updates and service packs that are available. In some cases you may be only able to do a few critical updates or service pack updates each time.
If you're uncertain if your computer has all the Microsoft Windows updates installed on your computer visit: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and have your computer scanned for any available updates. If no updates are found your computer is up-to-date.

Fault 0014 Sign in fault for PS3

                                           Fault 0014

Sign in fault for PS3 firmware update 4.41

                                 The Connection Resetting

One day I was at home and I was bored so I decided to go ps3 and turn it on. Then I came across a fault where it my wouldn’t sign me in to my ps3 account. Because I needed to perform a system update with 4.41.firmware. there could of reasons why won’t sign in, so decided to turn off my ps3 of leave it for 10 seconds then put it back on. I also checked the internet connection and then I checked the network setting and reset the connection but this didn’t work. So there was a system update I did before The latest system update upgrades the firmware to version 4.41 and is mandatory, meaning that you won’t be able to sign into PSN or use the PlayStation Store without first installing it. So I installed system update first then it took 5minutes to download and install then my ps3 automatically restarted. Then I came back and it logged in straight away. So the fault was fixed.

Fault 0012 keyboard not functioning

                                  Keyboard fault

                             The Keyboard Is Not Functioning...

                                        What Would You Do?

Oh no my keyboard isn't working when I plug it in. so what i then do to try and fix it is to then hold the computer`s power button for 3 to 10 seconds to turn it off, or just manually unplug it. Please note: Don`t try to turn off your computer manually all the time as it can: damage your computer`s hardware, allow temporary files to build up in your computer system, cause a corrupted Windows registry entry (the registry records all the changes you made to your computer over time; kind of like the log file the computer refers to and the computer`s boss of how to open certain windows, applications, and more), and cause other problems to occur. try changing the batteries in the keyboard or check the USB to see if there is any damage with port or the wire. I saw there was wires showing at the end of keyboard. so i decided to buy a new wireless keyboard.

Another solution Step 1: Verify the connection

If the keyboard is not functioning at all, make sure that it is connected correctly to the computer. Check all the keyboard's plugs to make sure that there are no loose connections. Connect the keyboard to your computer by using a different USB port.

Note Bypass any port replicator, USB hub, KVM switch, or similar component, and connect the keyboard directly to the USB port on the computer. If this resolves the problem, confirm that it is this additional connection device that is the source of the problem. Contact the manufacturer to see if they can provide a solution to allow you to use their device.

If an adapter (PS/2 to USB or PS/2 to AT) is being used, verify that it is the adapter that was included with the keyboard or that the keyboard supports adapting to a different port. For example, the Internet Keyboard does not adapt to a USB port, and a PS/2 to USB adapter will not work. It does not include an adapter.

To connect or to disconnect the keyboard to a PS/2 port, follow these steps:
  1. Shut down the computer.
  2. Plug your device into the correct port. Make sure that the plug is pushed securely into the connector on the computer.
  3. Restart the computer. Microsoft Windows detects the change, and then installs the drivers on the new port automatically.
If the issue continues to occur, try connecting the keyboard to a different computer. If the keyboard functions correctly on a different computer, the port to which the keyboard was connected on the original computer may be damaged. If this is the case, contact your computer manufacturer to inquire about how to repair or replace the damaged port.

If the keyboard does not function correctly on another computer, the keyboard may be defective. If this is the case, and the warranty on the keyboard is still valid, you can exchange the defective keyboard for a new keyboard. For information about how to contact Microsoft Supplemental Parts, see the "References" section.

If the keyboard works on another computer, go to Step 2.
Step 2: Download and install the latest keyboard software
To download the latest drivers for the keyboard that you are using, visit the following Microsoft hardware Web site:
If the issue continues to occur, go to the next step.
Step 3: Manually reinstall the drivers
Start buttonTo remove and then reinstall the drivers, follow these steps:
In Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type devmgmt.msc, and then click OK.Double-click Keyboard, right-click the keyboard that you use, and then click Uninstall.
Note If your device is not listed, this means that the device was removed automatically when you disconnected the device.
Restart the computer.
First, turn on the device, if you have to, and then plug the device into the computer. Your computer detects the device and then reinstalls the drivers for the device. this should fix the problem
  1.  Firstly i disconnect the keyboard from the computer which isn't really hard.
  2. Turn off the power for the device, if the device has a separate power supply.
  3. Open Device Manager. To do this, use one of the following methods:
    • In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click Start
, type device in the Start Search box, and then click Device Manager in the Programs list. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow
