The Screen is keeps freezing
When your computer freezes you may have no other option than to reboot and risk losing any unsaved work. When ig Freezes it can be a sign of insufficient ram, registry conflicts, corrupt or missing files, or spyware. Press and hold the power button until the computer turns off, then restart it and get to work cleaning up the system so that it doesn’t freeze again. Or another cause you could be on for a few hours and you let that get too hot and it froze. An easy way to determine if your computer is in this situation is by pressing the Num Lock button on the keyboard and watching the Num Lock led (light) to see if it turns off and on. Make sure the computer is really frozen
Although the above Num Lock trick is a good indication on whether or not the computer is really frozen, it's still always a good recommendation to give the computer at least a minute before turning it off. After waiting a minute, reboot the computer; it's completely locked and will not recover. Keep in mind that all work being worked on is going to be lost and cannot be recovered if the information has not been saved or automatically saved. computer locking up or freezing is often is caused by a software related issue. If you're encountering lockups when the computer is opening a particular program, make sure you have all the latest updates for that program. You can find the latest updates for your software through the software developer or publisher
Make sure your operating system has all of the latest updates installed on it.
On the Microsoft Windows Update page, select the option Scan for updates.
After Windows Update has completed scanning you should be able to view the available updates for your computer. It is highly recommended that you first update all critical updates and service packs that are available. In some cases you may be only able to do a few critical updates or service pack updates each time.
If you're uncertain if your computer has all the Microsoft Windows updates installed on your computer visit: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and have your computer scanned for any available updates. If no updates are found your computer is up-to-date.
